For signature menu cakes, we recommend placing your order 4 to 6 hours in advance for same-day delivery. For complex tiered celebration cakes, customized fondant figurines, or multi-flavour wedding dessert tables, please give us 24 to 48 hours notice so our chefs can hand-sculpt every element.
Yes, absolutely! We understand dietary requirements in Kashmir, and every single cake flavour — including our signature Belgian Dark Chocolate, Red Velvet, Saffron Pistachio, and Fruit Cheesecakes — can be crafted as a 100% pure vegetarian (eggless) sponge without compromising moisture, rise, or richness.
We deliver across Srinagar including Khanyar, Lal Chowk, Rajbagh, Nishat, Shalimar, Hazratbal, Dalgate, Bemina, Soura, Hyderpora, Sanat Nagar, Rawalpora, and Peerbagh. Orders above ₹999 qualify for complimentary delivery. For specialized express or midnight delivery slots, a nominal fee is applied at checkout.
Our same-day baking oven slots run until 5:00 PM daily. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are baked fresh that afternoon and hand-delivered between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM. For emergency requests, reach out directly to our kitchen on WhatsApp.
Our fresh cream, buttercream, and mousse cakes should be refrigerated between 2°C and 5°C immediately upon arrival. For the best flavour and silky sponge texture, take the cake out of the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before cutting and serving so the buttercream reaches room-temperature perfection.
